The Self Care Planner is actually something I developed to help me through what I’ve described as Extreme Medical Burnout. I was so deep into a hole I dug for myself, that I had to climb my way out, and build the ladder on the way.
If you’re struggling to prioritize yourself, to spend time on you, to track your habits, or keep yourself accountable… this is the solution.
The package includes six completed, weekly template designs, so that you can choose a design that you like. It also includes a FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE Canva template, complete with a video explaining how best to make modifications, and walking you through the process step by step. We’re more likely to use something if we like what it looks like. So… make this YOURS, and then use it. <3
